A piece that asked to exist.
Build a sentence that cannot escape itself.
What could be,
if it could exist,
as if it were,
as existential as it is proverbial; yes faith, yes religion,
as verbiage as it is literary; mock literacy, why don’t you,
as factual as it is mythical; as if idiocy lives in isolation,
as singular, or plural; but why, and who, keeps count,
as desired, as is unwelcome; to care, but not caring,
as needed as is unwanted, as riches is debt,
as essential, as inconsequential; the difference between clothes and apparel,
as criticism, as praise, as all revolutions began in rebellion,
as ironic as that sounds; where one is cyclic, and the other is oblivion,
as it could be, is, or were, or would, or should, but why, and what for, and when?
